Therapeutic Mark-Making
In response to everyday madness I get quiet and simply begin making marks on canvas or paper. I call this Therapeutic Mark-Making. This work is completely intuitive. It’s a form of therapy and a meditative practice resulting in beautiful expressions of calm, love and letting go. I believe that the more I flip negatives into positives and then put these positive vibes out into the world, I create a more meaningful and fulfilling human experience for myself and others.
